OK catch up time!

OK so it has taken forever to try and get settled in, but I think we are almost there. We have boxes in our room and stuff still to move around, but this will do for now. It has been quite crazy, but good. We miss all our friends in NJ and are sorry we haven't been very good at keeping in contact, but we will be better. Sorry to all our friends in California, we will see you soon, now that we are settled. A big huge Thank you to our friends in NJ who made it possible to move across country with a two week old! Big Thank you to our family here in California for helping us get settled in! All in all we feel very blessed to have such family and friends who help us so much! We love ya!

Saying Goodbye

I didn't expect it to be as hard as it was to say good bye to all our friends. I was heart crushing. I still have a hard time looking at these pictures without crying, we miss you all. I'm sad I don't have more pictures of our friends we said good bye to but we miss you all, even those not pictured. Kira and Lexi I miss ya!

The fourth.. sort of

Still without a computer. But i was visiting my cousin's blog and she had a few pictures of us from the fourth. So here they are.....

No Computer... Tagged

So I have no computer yet. So I can't download all my pictures. I promise next week I will post a ton of pictures. Since I can do nothing else on this blog I will do the "i'm tagged" entry.



3 joys- Air conditioning (Mom and dad's is out and it's 93 degrees in the house with 3 kids!) the beach, family.

3 fears-heights, not being able to be a good mom to 3 kids, snakes.

3 goals- to lose my Dominic baby weight, (yes he is 5, what are you saying?) Stronger marriage, have 2 children dressed by noon each day. ( didn't accomplish that today, maybe tomorrow.)

3 obsessions- SUGAR, (probably not helping with the goal thing.) being right, ( it's mainly helping others understand that I am.) that's it.

3 random facts- my favorite exercise is swimming, i majored in psychology, i love vanilla coke's from johnny rockets!

Taylor gets into everything!

So Taylor has been very mischievous! The other day it just wouldn't stop.

It started with finding her in my bedroom on top of my bed with a black sharpie on her belly drawing on wrapping paper. kicker her legs in the air behind her. This is after she cut up the wrapping paper with scissors. I had been wrapping packages to send and left for a second to go get something returning to this sight. ( no permeate damage done, one bullet dodged.)

Then a few hours later. Dom comes running to me (on the toilet) saying, " something horrible has happened". I jump up and run to the other bathroom, where Taylor is holding the last of the contents of the drawers in the bathroom in her hands above the toilet. I yell stop just as she looks at me and droops them in the toilet. ( two toothbrushes as casualties in this event!)

Then later I come from putting dishes away in the kitchen to see Taylor on her chair pushed up to the VCR with her had in it. I say no no and take the chair away. Later that night while trying to put "Dory" (Dora the explorer) on, the tape just kept popping out of the machine. I then lift the door to the tape, look inside and see red grapes below the tray for the tape. I begin to pull them out. How many could she fit? Let me tell you, TEN! ( no damage done, I'm one lucky mom!) Taylor is keeping my pregnant body on my toes! She looks so Innocent here!

Memorial Day 2008

It was a beautiful day! In the morning the Teeples ( some friends) walked with us to the parade in Hackettstown. It was a lot of fun and so cool to live in a small town. We walked through the cemetery across from our apartments where there are Revolutionary War victims.
Then on to the ward BBQ. Again lots of fun. Both kids loved the water fight. I thought Taylor wouldn't like it but she stayed in longer than Dom!

I'm so grateful to live in a free country. I'm so thankful to those who fought to give me that freedom! Dom, Dallin and Taylor waiting for the parade.

Mom and Spring

Mom came out for Anthony Fischer's baptism. (Dad had been here for work.) So we got to have her for a couple of hours before she had to leave that night. The kids really love playing with Grandpa and Grandma when they come out!
