On Saturday we went down to Fairfield, PA to celebrate Grandpa Don's 70th birthday. It was a lot of fun. They had it at the historic Fairfield Inn. It has been around 250 years and served the retreating Confederate soldiers and Robert E. Lee. It was a great celebration. It was also great because Denise (mom) is out visiting and we got to see her too! We had a little time after. Fairfield is right next to Gettysburg. Grandma brought the CD's for touring Gettysburg, so we took a quick little tour. We will have to come back and do it right, but it was great to see where this important battle was fought. Most of all it was great to be with family and celebrate! Dominic gives a great big THANK YOU, to great grandpa and great grandma for the doctor outfit! He wanted to wear it to church, but I convinced him to wait and wear it after church. Thank heaven. When we drove away from Grandpa Don's party Dominic asked, " is it my birthday", because he had gotten so much and had so much fun!
